Alana Kilmartin

Alana treats her life like one great experiment - she believes that as long as you stay curious you can never predict the incredible places you will go.  

Having struggled with her own health and body image issues, she is passionate about using individualised health insights to shift perspectives on life. Alana takes the approach that health encompasses more than the physical - it is also deeply connected with mental, emotional, spiritual, social and financial wellbeing. Combining NLP tools with her ph360 training, Alana helps people to uncover their unique design and implement effortless changes into their everyday lives. 
She is also fascinated by the journeys people take to get where they are in their careers and how one chance meeting or seemingly small opportunity can change the entire trajectory of someone’s life. Having experienced a colourful career journey herself, she has felt the anxiety of not having it all figured out. She is now determined to empower young people while they navigate the initial stages of their career.

Alana takes any chance she can to be creative - be it baking epic cakes, writing a book, planning a trip or renovating a caravan. She made it her mission when she moved to New Zealand to learn how to snowboard and wakeboard so that she can now enjoy all seasons. 
Alana encourages you to be the scientist in your own life experiment. She is here to help you get curious about what that could look like and give you the tools to get you started. We are all intelligent and we are all coded differently depending on our genetics, environment and our experiences. Sometimes we just need the support to listen to our own inner genius.
